1- MEMBERSHIP: YOUR GYM MEMBERSHIP WILL BEGIN ON THE DAY YOU JOIN AND CONTINUE FOR THE PERIOD YOU
HAVE PAID FOR.
2- FEES: MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. FEES ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE, BUT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ANY CHANGES.
3- ACCESS: YOUR MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS YOU ACCESS TO THE GYM DURING OUR REGULAR OPENING HOURS, AS
POSTED AT THE GYM AND ON OUR WEBSITE.
4- CONDUCT: MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO BEHAVE IN A RESPECTFUL AND SAFE MANNER TOWARDS OTHER
MEMBERS AND STAFF. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
5- HEALTH: YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE IN GOOD HEALTH AND ARE NOT AWARE OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH
COULD RESULT IN INJURY TO YOURSELF OR OTHERS WHILE USING THE GYM.
6- MEMBERSHIP FREEZING: MEMBERS HAVE THE OPTION TO FREEZE THEIR MEMBERSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS
FOR A FEE OF 100 AED. THIS MUST BE REQUESTED IN AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE START OF THE FREEZING PERIOD.
7- CHANGES TO TERMS: WE MAY CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. WE WILL GIVE YOU AT
LEAST 30 DAYS’ NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES.

1- WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN: ALWAYS BEGIN YOUR WORKOUT SESSION WITH A WARM-UP ROUTINE TO PREPARE YOUR BODY FOR
EXERCISE AND REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY. SIMILARLY, CONCLUDE YOUR SESSION WITH A COOL-DOWN ROUTINE TO HELP YOUR BODY
RECOVER AND PREVENT MUSCLE STIFFNESS.
2- PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE: ENSURE YOU ARE USING THE CORRECT FORM AND TECHNIQUES WHEN EXERCISING. INCORRECT
FORM CAN LEAD TO INJURIES. IF YOU’RE UNSURE, PLEASE CONSULT WITH OUR GYM STAFF OR A PERSONAL TRAINER.
3- USE OF EQUIPMENT: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. ALWAYS HAVE A SPOTTER NEARBY WHEN
PERFORMING SUCH EXERCISES. FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE EQUIPMENT AND ITS PROPER USE. IF IN DOUBT, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE.
4- HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS: MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS FOR A HEALTHY GYM ENVIRONMENT. PLEASE WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT
AFTER USE WITH THE PROVIDED SANITIZING WIPES AND RETURN ALL EQUIPMENT TO ITS DESIGNATED PLACE.
5- HYDRATION: STAY HYDRATED TO MAINTAIN YOUR PERFORMANCE AND PREVENT DEHYDRATION. DRINK WATER BEFORE, DURING,
AND AFTER YOUR WORKOUT.
6- LISTEN TO YOUR BODY: PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY’S SIGNALS. IF YOU FEEL DIZZY, FAINT, OR EXPERIENCE ANY UNUSUAL
PAIN, STOP EXERCISING IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM A STAFF MEMBER.
7- RESPECT FOR OTHERS: RESPECT OTHER GYM MEMBERS BY KEEPING NOISE LEVELS TO A MINIMUM, NOT MONOPOLIZING
EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTAINING A POSITIVE AND RESPECTFUL ATTITUDE.
8- GYM DISCLAIMERPLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, USING THE GYM
INVOLVES SOME INHERENT RISKS. BY USING OUR FACILITIES, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME THESE RISKS AND RELEASE US FROM ANY LIABILITY
